Trevor Lee is the Director of Energy Partners. He was involved as technical adviser to the ACT Government for the first four years of its ground breaking mandatory house energy rating scheme. He is also co-author of the Australian Solar Radiation Data Handbook 1995.
Also, We are planning a Solar Beers Night in early December – no charge, just come along and enjoy a great networking event.

3. Carbon Accounting Course –
Sydney 8-9 Nov, Adelaide 16-17 Nov, Perth 28-19 Nov –
Energy Corporate’s course in Carbon Management, Accounting, and Compliance course will look in detail at the National Greenhouse Energy Reporting, National Carbon offset Carbon Neutral Scheme , and at other Federal and State schemes.
Participants will learn to estimate emissions, learn what systems and skills are required to satisfy scheme requirements and compliance audits for single facilities and large portfolios. New Energy storage law in California
Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger has signed a new law covering energy storage which will pave the way for storage and dispatch of energy as needed. Despite opposition from power providers it is considered to be an important step to integrate solar and wind energy into California’s electricity grid.
Gov. Schwarzenegger also announced projects allowing the construction of two solar installations on public land to power hundreds of thousands of homes with renewable energy.

On October 13 the largest B2B solar conference and expo in North America, opened its doors to the public. A free event at the Los Angeles Convention Center, the public could browse more than 1,100 solar product exhibitors, and attend workshops covering home installation to climate change.

Bus garages in Ohio get solar rooftops
The largest solar rooftop array in Ohio has been installed by the Regional Transit Authority. The solar rooftop on the bus garages at the authority’s headquarters is expected to produce about 486,
