A Call For Young Graduates!
Imagine if you will, a sun kissed tropical island. You are sitting under palm tree in the shade. Skimming the trees are the houseboys with their machetes busy cutting coconuts which they drop and deliver to you whilst you sit there and laze away the day. You take a drink of fresh coconut milk.
But wait. There’s another side to this story. You are a young graduate here on a cheap package holiday wondering which way to go in your career direction when you get home. The one thing that sticks in your mind from those years of physics at uni is that the sun’s energy hits the Earth at the rate of about 1kilowatt for every square metre. Now that could be useful you are thinking. You wonder if anyone has thought of…….. maybe they have, and maybe you’d like to meet them?
‘We’ are the ‘they’!
Do not hesitate. Get right back on the boat, plane and head home. Your place in Australia’s oldest solar energy society is waiting for you. There are no steak knives unfortunately, only sound advice.
